Service manager Ahmed was very helpful and efficient in sorting out a trickey problem on our 200 Series Landcruiser. He was pleasant to deal with and delivered what he said he would deliver. Office staff were great too. The use of a loan car whilst repairs progressed was very much appreciated Charges were reasonable and I would use this business again. Thanks for the great service!!
Dropped a screw in the motor while changing injectors lead me to believe it was just an old motor and that's why two valves are sitting in the top of the piston. Went in after finding the marks on the piston top of the screw said they would put a reconditioned long motor... 3 months later finally got it back with a flat battery. And just the parts replaced. No compensation no cares given just shut up and get out. Worst customer service around.
My personal experience was a shoddy mechanical repair, resulting in another service center having to re-do the job at considerable cost. This may seem trivial, but we are traveling towing a substantial caravan, and the faulty repair left undetected had the potential to jeopardize life and safety.
