Had an appointment here a few years ago and could not fault the place. My lastest trip however was a completely different story.The dentist (this WAS NOT Dr Alex) wasn't interested in anything I had to say. I'm trying to tell him where my problems were and he didn't listen. It's my mouth....believe it or not, I know where some of the problems are! Receptionists/assistants were great but the dentist has made me never want to go there again

Customer service and the care provided by the team is amazing! For a patient to come in and be petrified for a treatment but they show they care and dont rush you. 100% recommend this team. 100% faith and trust in a dentist has been restored.
