Worse for men's cut!! Asked for a crew cut but the girl made me look like a mad prisoner. Number 3 all over my head!! Have to cover my head with hat for a month now!!

I think it is important that everyone understands the way "Kerrie" conducts herself as a supposed professional is completely unacceptable and I have never in my life encountered a more incompetent person, who is so utterly and entirely unsuited to their position. I will never return to this salon as a result of my horrendous experience with that individual. The other staff are beautiful, however this "Kerrie" needs to remove herself from the salon until she learns how to appreciate them and how to conduct herself around her customers. So disappointed.
