No knowledgeable staff and overpriced. It is a share holder store so only thing they seem to be after is large trading profits for share holders who also get a discount on purchases. Unfortunately only hardware store in town. But if you can wait better on line or shop up in rocky
Staff seem to lack knowledge of what is available and have little desire to help. Overall the experience is really not very pleasant. Lack of competition is obvious, another hardware store and they would be in big trouble. Husband ex builder spent many hours over the years in hardware shops and this is not one of the best.
