Really unhappy with almost everything here
Really nice tidy modern rooms with good sized bathroom with bath and shower. Reasonable priced with comfortable bed, will be staying again next time I'm in Emerald. Didn't get to go to the restaurant or use the pool so looking forward to them next time.
Very clean and outfitted perfectly, very friendly staff. Will definately stay again in the future. Thank you for a hassle free stay.
Upon checking in, very difficult to talk to and abrupt. Went to the restaurant and could have possibly been the worst service ever! Served cold gravy with the steak which was not cooked to requirements, fishermans basket had 7 items on it and very overpriced, curries were good though. Rethink dinner options if staying there! Rooms ok. Parking limited.
