Friendly, professional, timely and at a great cost. I get both my daily driver and the company cars serviced here and have been happy with the results every time. Despite being completely booked & despite having 2 out of 4 mechanics out on holidays Cars Plus agreed to look at my car which was having coolant/overheating problems. Checked the car, found the fault, recommended a fix that would get us the 1000km home. Can't thank them enough for their willingness to assist in challenging circumstances.
Suss place as problems still persist after paid repairs yet they take no responsibility to the fact, they just want more money. No response from head office either.
Excellent Customer Service - had a simple diagnostic issue with my VWT5. I called them and the receptionist was first class, put the service mgr on the line and after my explanation, I was told drive around and we will check it straight away. Literally as I pulled in the drive, Kev popped out and within 50 seconds of plugging in the diagnostics, my T5 computer was reset!!I offered to pay and was told 'she'll be right mate', thank goodness some good old Aussie help was to hand. Top class Service with a smile.How refreshing after I'd be given the run-around by the local VW Dealer, not at all interested in helping a traveller.
